We have an exciting opportunity available to join the team of a well-known, national manufacturing company located in Montgomery, AL! The position of a Technical Support Analyst is your chance to become a part of this renowned company!
The Technical Support Analyst will be primarily responsible for assisting customers in solving and diagnosing product problems. You will also have the opportunity to:
- Gather knowledge of technical product specifications
- Provide verbal and written technical assistance to customers
- Utilize system tools to troubleshoot and determine cross-references
- Explain and interpret warranties to customers as they apply to products
Ideal candidates for the Technical Support Analyst will have the following qualifications:
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Mechanical aptitude is a huge advantage!
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend technical instructions
- Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
- HVAC working experience is a plus!
This is a Direct Hire position. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Salary is $35,000-38,000, dependent on experience.
