Technical Support Analyst

We have an immediate need for a Technical Support Analyst for a company located in Montgomery. The Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for giving aid to customers by assisting in solving and diagnosing product problems.
The Technical Support Analyst will have:
- Working knowledge of technical product specifications and water heater fundamentals
- Provide verbal and written technical assistance to customers
- Utilize system tools to determine water heater cross-references, sizes and types as requested by callers.
- Excellent communications skills (written, oral, etc.)
- Customer service related experience in a call center providing technical support
- Explain and interpret warranties to customers as they apply to products
The Technical Support Analyst must have:
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend technical instructions
- Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
- Field experience servicing either electric or gas appliances
- Strong Customer Service Skills
