A local Montgomery company is looking for an experienced Staffing Recruiter to join their team!
Duties of the Staffing Recruiter will include:
- Research and screen candidates for job openings
- Utilize job search platforms to increase candidate pools
- Communicate with clients on their staffing needs in a professional manner
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews
- Process client-specific qualifying criteria on potential candidates (i.e., assessment tests, background checks, drug tests)
- Coach candidates on proper interview techniques with clients
- Assist in marketing services to potential new clients
- Answer multi-line phone system
- Greet and assist customers
- Perform standard administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and basic data entry
Qualified individuals will meet the following requirements:
- 2+ years of staffing or recruiting experience required
- Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
- College degree preferred
- MUST be able to multi-task in a high-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Possess a professional demeanor and polished communication skills
- Must have good computer skills to include Microsoft Excel (will be tested)
Pay for this position is dependent on experience.
This is a full time, try and hire position.
