A local Montgomery company is looking for a strong professional with a 'go-getter' attitude to fill the opening of a Recruiting Assistant!
Duties of the Recruiting Assistant will include:
- Answer multi-line phone system
- Greet and assist customers
- Assist recruiters with researching and recruiting candidates
- Perform standard administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and basic data entry
Qualified individuals will meet the following requirements:
- 2+ years of office experience required
- College degree preferred
- MUST be able to multi-task in a high-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Possess a professional demeanor and polished communication skills
- Must have good computer skills to include Microsoft Excel (will be tested)
Pay for this position is $10-12/hour, depending on experience.
This is a full time, try and hire position.
