We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Auditor for an exceptional company in Prattville area.
Job Description:
The Quality Assurance (QA) Auditor ensures that company processes, procedures, and products meet quality standards and regulations through audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and perform internal audits of processes and products.
- Document findings and prepare audit reports.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Conduct product inspections to ensure quality standards.
- Identify and address non-conformance.
- Ensure company practices comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present quality reports.
- Work with teams to implement process improvements.
- Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvements and facilitate their implementation.
- Maintain accurate records of audit findings and corrective actions.
Job Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in quality inspection, assurance, or auditing.
- Experience with internal/quality audits.
- Work Knowledge of the AX ERP system, preferred
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems particularly in warehouse or manufacturing settings.
- Experience in continuous process improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High School Diploma or GED
