Production Associate and Pallet Builders
Job Description
Overview: Currently, we are seeking individuals to join a prominent manufacturing company as Production Associates and Pallet Builders. This company is in Montgomery, AL and is an industry leader that specialize in manufacturing high-quality corrugated boxes and pallets for various industries
Job Responsibilities:
- Production Worker:
- Operate machinery used in the manufacturing of corrugated boxes.
- Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Monitor equipment to maintain quality and efficiency standards.
- Assist in the assembly and packaging of finished products.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to maximize productivity.
- Pallet Builder:
- Construct pallets according to specified dimensions and requirements.
- Ability to read and use a tape measure properly.
- Use hand and power tools to assemble pallets using wood and other materials.
- Stack and arrange products on pallets for shipping and storage.
- Inspect finished pallets for quality and structural integrity.
- Maintain inventory of pallet materials and ensure adequate supply.
- Follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or construction preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to lift and move objects between 50 - 75 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.

The pay rate for these positions is $12 and $15 per hour, and is a Try & Hire placement.
