Duties of the Office Administrative positions will include:
- Answering multi-line phone system
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Performing standard administrative tasks such as scanning and filing
- Performing large amounts of data entry and creating Excel spreadsheets
Qualified individuals will meet the following requirements:
- 2+ years of office experience required
- College degree preferred
- MUST be able to multi-task in a high-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Possess a professional demeanor and polished communication skills
- Must have good computer skills to include Microsoft Excel (will be tested)
Pay for this position is $10-12/hour, depending on experience.
