Industrial Maintenance Technicians

We are searching for Industrial Maintenance Technicians for multiple manufacturing plants located in the Montgomery area.  The Industrial Maintenance Technician will assist the Maintenance Supervisor to perform ongoing facility maintenance and keeping the facility operating during production hours. 

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and schedule repairs.
• Perform general industrial maintenance tasks.
• Fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
• Develop and implement preventative industrial maintenance procedures.
• Conduct routine checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
• Physically capable and available to work overtime which includes some weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.

What You’ll Need:

• Mechanical/Electrical Background
• Attention to detail to ensure that all jobs are thoroughly completed.
• Ensure any potential hazards or warning signs of problems are not overlooked.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Certificate in building maintenance or relevant field is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Advanced understanding of general industrial maintenance procedures and techniques.

The pay range for the Industrial Maintenance Technician depends on experience and skill set. Available shifts vary for this position.
