We are looking for experienced Administrative Professionals to fill multiple openings! We are gathering resumes to pull from as a standby when these positions come available.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant will include but are not limited to the following:
- Answering phones
- Provide excellent customer service
- Support the company operations by maintaining office systems
- Produce business correspondence
- Perform other general clerical duties
Qualified candidates for the Administrative Assistant / Clerical Support positions will have the following combination of skills and experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in a Front Desk or Administrator-type position preferred
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Capability of working in a very fast-paced environment without losing focus
- Must be able to multi-task and maintain accuracy in your work
- STRONG computer skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- STRONG typing & data entry skills
Pay range for the Administrative Professional positions are dependent on experience.
