We are seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant to support two attorneys in a busy law firm located  in Montgomery, Al. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and computer skills, a collaborative attitude, and hands-on experience in the legal field, preferably in workers' compensation and insurance. The Legal Assistant position is a direct hire placement!

What You’ll Do as a Legal Assistant:

• Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to two attorneys
• Draft and format legal documents and correspondence
• Maintain and organize case files and schedules
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and other parties as needed
• Assist in preparing for hearings, meetings, and depositions
• Work collaboratively with the legal team to ensure smooth office operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a legal assistant or similar legal support role
• Must have 3-5 years experience working in a legal office environment
• Familiarity with workers’ compensation and insurance law is a strong plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team setting

The pay range for the Legal Assistant position is $36k-$50k annually depending on experience and skill sets.
