We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant that is a good multi-tasker with excellent communication skills! The Administrative Assistant should be able to assist staff members of the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace. This person needs to be comfortable assisting in the warehouse occasionally to check on inventory and other duties as needed.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Answering phones
- Provide excellent customer service
- Take customer calls
- Support the company operations by maintaining office systems
- Produce business correspondence
- Perform other general clerical duties
Qualified candidates for the Administrative Assistant position will have the following combination of skills and experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in an administrative position
- High School Diploma/GED
- Capability of working in a very fast-paced environment without losing focus
- Must be able to multi-task and maintain accuracy in your work
- STRONG computer skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficient in Excel
- Good typing & data entry skills
The pay range for the Administrative Assistant $12-18/hr depending on skill set and experience
