Job Description

We are looking for experienced Administrative Professionals! We are gathering resumes to pull from as a standby when these positions come available.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Answering phones
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Support the company operations by maintaining office systems
  • Produce business correspondence
  • Perform other general clerical duties

Job Requirements

Qualified candidates for the Administrative Assistant /Clerical Support positions will have the following combination of skills and experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ working experience in a Front Desk or Administrative type position preferred
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Capability of working in a very fast-paced environment without losing focus
  • Must be able to multi-task and maintain accuracy in your work
  • Strong communication skills to include written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • STRONG typing & data entry skills

Starting pay range for the Administrative Professional position is $13/hour and depends on experience and skill sets.
